How to create ticket as a guest user?

- Go to http://olympic.supportsystem.com.
- In support system home page click on the "Open a new ticket".
- Enter a valid email address and your fullname.
Please note: that since store email is already registered in the system any name you input in name field will appear as store name in the system.
- select a help topic
Note: this will determine on which department you want to send your ticket see sample list below:
- Input the subject of your concern in the "Issue Summary" Field.
- Input the full details of your concern in the big box below the "issue summary" field.
Please note: Indicate your name and position at the bottom part of your message. Just as what you do when sending email.
- At the bottom part click the drop down list to set the priority of your concern. you can select from low, medium, high or emergency.
Note: Guest Users can also open a ticket by sending an email to per department support emails listed below:
- MIS: mis@olympic.supportsystem.com
- VMD: vmd@olympic.supportsystem.com
- CRMD-WL: crmd@olympic.supportsystem.com
When using this option you cannot specify the priority of your email and will be defaulted to Normal priority once sent to the ticketing system.
The subject of your email will be the subject of your concern and the body of your email will be house the full details of your concern.
